Taylor Swift sings praises of Hozier on his US tour
Irish troubadour Hozier (inset) has nabbed himself a new fan in the form of pop princess and serial dater Taylor Swift.
The gorgeous American superstar (24), who has a fondness for hirsute musicians, posted a video of herself and a friend dancing at his concert in Atlanta earlier this week.
Tribute Harry Styles' former girlfriend paid tribute to the Bray-born musician in what will be a considerable boost to his ongoing efforts to crack the States.
She told her 44m followers on Twitter: "When attending a Hozier concert, it's very important to accompany the band on your invisible instruments."
The accompanying video show Taylor and her pal Abigail Lauren playing air guitar and laughing as they dance away to his song Sedated.
Her message was then re-tweeted by the Take Me To Church singer (24).
This isn't the first time she has contacted him on the social networking site and Swift is clearly quite enamoured with the lanky star's talents.
Just last August, she put up a message to underwear model Lily Aldridge which she tagged him in which read: "Have you heard Hozier's Work Song? It's like the perfect song."
He replied in gentlemanly fashion saying: "Well that's ridiculously kind of you."
Storm He's been going down a storm across the US, having appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show and the David Letterman Show and will also take to the stage of NBC's Saturday Night Live this weekend.
Last month he released his self-titled debut album which instantly went into the top of the Irish charts.
