This is Scissor Sister Charlotte Mulhall who hacked her mother’s lover to death, joking with a knife in jail.

Murderer Charlotte chillingly pretends to slit the throat of another inmate, jailed for drugs offences.

Charlotte and her sister Linda were convicted of killing Farah Swaleh Noor in March 2005.

The disturbing photo was taken behind bars after lifer Charlotte had made a birthday cake for another prisoner in the Dochas women’s centre.

On the "receiving" end is 40-year-old Denis Gibney who was jailed in 2005 for possession of ecstasy tablets with intent to supply.

Scissor sister Charlotte helped hack her mother's boyfriend Farah Noor to pieces with a breadknife after slashing his throat with a Stanley knife.

During her trial, the jury was told Charlotte stabbed Mr Noor up to 20 times in a savage attack.

She initially was in trouble with the authorities inside the Dochas women's prison but has settled well into prison life.

Kitchen

She had care of her only child Damien in prison for several months and then was given a job in the kitchen.

Sources there said that she has taken to the task very well and is perfecting her skills making cakes and confectionery treats for inmates.

In March this year Charlotte lost an appeal against her life sentence.

Kenyan man Farah Swaleh Noor's dismembered remains were recovered from the Royal Canal in 2005.

His severed head was taken in a duffle bag on a bus to Tallaght and then to Brittas, Co Dublin, to be buried. His head and his penis have never been found.

Charlotte and her sister Linda (32) were convicted in March 2005 of killing Mr Noor after a drinking session at their mother's home in Summerhill, in the north inner city.

Linda, who was jailed for 15 years for manslaughter, lost her appeal against severity of sentence.

Jailed

Denis Gibney who is also pictured in the behind the bars photo had more than 9,000 ecstasy tablets valued at €135,000 and was jailed for seven years by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court, with the final two years suspended

Gibney, with an address on Clogher Road, Crumlin, pleaded guilty to possession of the tablets in his car for sale or supply on Con Colbert Road, Ballyfermot on April 10, 2003.

He was moving the drugs for another person and served his sentence without breaches of discipline. It is understood that he is currently on day release from prison.

Judge Desmond Hogan heard that Gibney became involved in the offence as he was in debt due to a cocaine and gambling addiction. He has one previous conviction for possession of cocaine but has now dealt with his addictions.
