Pregnant Leigh Arnold (35) jets to Ibiza for holiday
Busy actress Leigh Arnold has jetted to Ibiza for a sunshine getaway as she prepares to give birth in August.
The expectant mother (35) flew to the sunny island, where her model sister Chloe lives, for a much needed holiday after a hectic few months campaigning for charity First Light.
The beautiful island was also the venue for The Clinic star's intimate wedding to husband Steve Davies last year.
Leigh, who has been cast in Amanda Brunker's steamy new radio drama Curiosity, recently revealed that she is writing a book.
She said at a fundraiser last month, "I haven't had much time [to write] recently with working for First Light and everything else.
"We're going to go on holiday after all this and relax. When I come back, my next goal is to sit down and get back to writing."
Leigh and her other half Steve are expecting their third child in September. The couple announced the happy news in March.
Blur to rock the Picnic
It already looks set to be an epic line-up, and now even more big names have been announced to play this year's Electric Picnic.
International superstars Blur, multi-Grammy Award winner Sam Smith and disco legend Grace Jones have been added to the bill.
Dublin singer Gavin James has also been announced to play the Laois event this September. Other names include Interpol, The Riptide Movement and Mac DeMarco.
'Deadly' to hit Abbey
New production Deadly will open for its first Irish performance on the Peacock Stage in Dublin's Abbey Theatre next Monday.
The play, written by Scotsman Paddy Cunneen, was originally written about growing rates of knife crime in Glasgow, but has been adapted based on Irish issues. Starring Sean Doyle, Joe Hanley, Fionn Walton and Ali White, the production has been described as a "contemporary version of a Greek tragedy."
