The former Phantom FM DJ (36) and partner Mark O'Shea described it as "the best feeling in the world" after welcoming a baby boy in a London hospital on Thursday night.
And she's clearly already smitten with her tiny bundle, cuddling her precious boy to her chest as she enjoyed some precious bonding time.
The happy couple have yet to choose a name for her their new son, but both Michelle and baby are said to be doing well.
She'll now enjoy some well-earned maternity leave as she adjusts to midnight feeds and changing nappies after making London her adopted home.
But she's expected to fly home to her native county of Donegal to proudly show off her baby as soon as she's recovered from the birth.

"My mum was a housewife so she was always there for us and I know that's probably not realistic in this day and age, but I'd still like to be there a lot of the time with my child or children," she said.
And she added how getting married isn't a priority for the pair. "I don't love Mark any less because I'm not married to him," she said.

"I met him a couple of times and he was having the time of his life as well so it just wasn't the right timing and there was no way it would've worked with him living in LA and me living in Dublin," she explained.
"But we sort of kept in touch through Facebook, just randomly. And then about two years ago, we met up and we went on our first date. We haven't looked back since."
She moved over to London two years ago after deciding she needed a change of scene and also to pursue her acting career.
