Mums buy Irish goods

IRISH mothers are buying more home-grown products to support the economy and secure new jobs.

Just under three-quarters of mothers said they shop Irish for jobs and economic recovery reasons, with 58pc noting that they are more likely to buy Irish products today compared with a year ago. The survey of over 700 Irish mothers was presented by the company at a retail seminar at the Showcase expo in the RDS.
