Movie makes a monster €1bn
Dinosaur drama Jurassic World has smashed box office records by becoming the fastest film to make $1bn (€915m) at cinemas.
Guinness World Records said the film, the latest instalment in the Jurassic Park saga, made the box office takings in 13 days from June 10.
That puts its ahead of the previous record holder, Fast & Furious 7, which took 17 days to make that much in revenue.
Its success is the latest milestone in what is expected to be a blockbuster year at the cinema.
