MOBILES

MOBILE network Three has become the first operator in Ireland to offer 4G service to prepay and billed customers.

Ireland soccer captain Robbie Keane (right with Elaine Carey, chief commercial officer) launched the rollout of free 4G with Three which starts next Monday, January 27. The move means that customers will be able to enjoy faster connectivity and enjoy videos a lot quicker with Three's free 4G for six months. "For me, 4G means quicker access to my family when I Skype home and faster download of movies on the go," Robbie said. "It's great to be an ambassador for Three and to witness the network going from strength to strength since Three became official sponsor of the international team."
