Man charged over alleged hoax Intel call
A 19-year-old man has appeared in court charged in relation to an alleged hoax bomb phone call at the Intel plant in Co Kildare earlier this year.
Aaron O'Neill, with an address at Chieftains Drive, Balbriggan, north Co Dublin, appeared before Judge Denis McLoughlin at Dublin District Court last Friday where he was granted bail.
O'Neill is charged with the offence of knowingly making a false report on January 13 at Bath Road, Balbriggan.
Evidence of arrest, charge and caution at the brief hearing was given by Garda Eamonn McFadden of Balbriggan Garda Station.
O'Neill was granted bail, subject to certain conditions to appear at Dublin District Court on June 4 next where the case will continue.
