Jamie to join Bradley in the kitchen

Things are heating up in the kitchen.

Fifty Shades of Grey star Jamie Dornan is teaming up with Hollywood heartthrob Bradley Cooper on upcoming culinary film Adam Jones.

The kitchen comedy, which was previously under the working title The Chef, tells the story of disgraced chef Adam Jones who, after losing his Michelin-rated restaurant in Paris, tries to establish the best restaurant in London.

Dornan is the latest Irish recruit on set and joins Cork actress Sarah Greene and Sam Keeley who have both secured parts in the movie.

Keeley, who starred in RTE's restaurant drama Raw, will play Cooper's best friend in the film which is due for release next year.

Sarah Greene has just finished her debut stint on Broadway; the young actress played the part of 'slippy' Helen McCormack in The Cripple of Inishmaan alongside Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe.

PRODUCED

Greene also stars as Christina Noble in the biopic of her life Noble which was produced by comic Deirdre O'Kane.

Dornan, Greene and Keeley join an impressive cast list which includes the likes of Sienna Miller, Kill Bill star Uma Thurman and Emma Thompson. Produced by the Weinstein brothers, filming on Adam Jones will take place in New Orleans and London this summer.

To prepare for the role, Bradley Cooper spent time with celebrity chef Gordan Ramsey who showed him how to saute and swear like a sailor. "As well as giving Bradley a few top tips on cooking, I've taught him the most important thing he needs to know in order to get by in a kitchen - how to swear," Ramsey said.

Adam Jones will be Dornan's second feature film in recent months after
bagging the lead role of Christian Grey in the film adaptation of E. L James 'Fifty Shades of Grey'.

Fifty Shades is due for release on Valentines Day 2015 but the PR machine behind the film is already in full flight with the first trailer being launched last week.

This year Dornan picked up an IFTA for his role in BBC drama The Fall in which he plays the part of serial killer Paul Spector. The next season of the
chilling drama will feature former fair City actress Aoibhin Garrihy.

Speaking about the development of his character, Dornan said; "In the second series of The Fall we will find out why Spector is the way he is.

"There are reasons for these people being the way they are, and that's what drives them. We're going to see more of Spector, but in a slightly different light."
