'I still have wobbly bits', reveals fitness fanatic Kathryn Thomas
Operation Transformation presenter Kathryn Thomas is known for her svelte physique, but insists she still has "wobbly bits".
The fitness fanatic has even opened her own boot camp, but said she still indulges in some cheat meals at the weekends.
"I do eat sugar - I try to do everything in moderation," she told the Diary.
"If I want a kick-start cleanse or I've a couple of weeks before a big show, I cut sugar out, but I cannot go full whack."
The 35-year-old (right) said the key to staying in shape was balance and she makes sure to fit in a workout most days.
"I'm happy with the way I look. I have to work hard and I still have the wobbly bits, or the odd fat day, but you wouldn't be a woman if you didn't," she said.
"Thai takeaway or cheese are my ideal cheat meals, but I'm healthy during the day.
"I have five days of being healthy and I take two days off. I always try to do exercise every day as well.
"And I've two dogs and they need walking so that helps."
