How dare you blame us, Enda
HOW hypocritical of Taoiseach Enda Kenny to tell the big boys in Davos that we all went mad borrowing and put ourselves in the current economic mess.
This is the same Taoiseach who less than two months ago in a sombre address to the Irish nation insisted "you are not responsible for the crisis".
Has he become so removed from ordinary people that he no longer understands how most of them are just trying to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table?
If they borrowed too much, it was to pay outrageous house prices for their family homes. Prices inflated by greedy bankers and an inefficient political system.
How dare Mr Kenny now suggest that taxpayers were to blame while his Government brings in draconian austerity measures so we can bail out the reckless bankers -- and their spectacular crash.
