Gillette will stand by Thierry Henry despite campaigns from Irish fans who say that they will boycott the company's products until Henry is removed from their advertising.

It is believed that Henry receives €6m a year in the sponsorship deal with Gillette.
Henry has been given an international profile by the Gillette campaign, in which he stars alongside two of the world's true sporting giants, tennis star Roger Federer and record-breaking golfer Tiger Woods.
When Henry's inclusion in the ad campaign was announced in 2007, Gillette claimed that he was picked because he embodies "true sporting values".
"This is not going to affect our relationship with Thierry Henry," said James Nunn, spokesperson for Gillette
"It's not our place to comment on refereeing in a match but this is not going to affect our relationship with him.
"As of right now, Thierry Henry will remain an ambassador for Gillette."
The company would not comment on whether Henry would be pulled from advertisements in the Republic of Ireland in light of the handball incident.
