Game of Thrones star Ian Lloyd Anderson let his hair down this weekend as he enjoyed a night off in Lillies.

The Dublin actor, who is set to appear in the fifth series of the hit fantasy show, partied into the small hours with friends at the infamous Dublin haunt, while George McMahon - aka Fair City's Mondo - was also spotted in the club.

It seems the former Love/Hate star was keen to let off some steam ahead of an Electric Picnic performance next month.

Ian won't be serenading crowds at the popular festival, instead he will be taking to the stage with Emmet Kirwan to perform their hit play Dublin Old School to Stradbally revellers.

Although the actor, who is settling into married life after his nuptials to Kim Harris earlier this year, is still partial to a night out on the town, he recently revealed a slightly less rock and roll way to kick back and relax during his time off. Ian is a budding horticulturalist and is showing off his flourishing herb garden with pride - admitting he's getting more and more "domesticated" by the day.

Moe ready to sleep out

Vikings star Moe Dunford will swap the film set for the streets as he prepares to sleep rough for charity.

The screen star will sleep out in Cork's historic City Gaol with 40 other participants on October 16 to help raise funds for homeless charity Focus Ireland.

As part of his fundraising campaign, Moe is also offering one lucky person the chance to be an extra in Vikings.

The prize also includes the opportunity to meet stars of the show and to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the set.

Clarkson set for Dublin

Popstar Kelly Clarkson will return to Dublin this winter as she is lined up to play the 3Arena.

The singer, who kick-started her career in 2002 when she won the first season of American Idol, will take to the stage on November 10.

Kelly recently hit headlines when she announced she's expecting her second child during a concert but that won't be stopping her from travelling the world with her latest tour.

Tickets are priced from €50.65 and are available now from www. ticketmaster.ie.
