Dundrum: Jane Austen's classic Emma comes to the Mill Theatre
TANEY Drama Society is to bring Jane Austen's Emma from page to stage next month.
Two hundred years since the original publication, the Mill Theatre in Dundrum will play host to the clever and charming Emma.
From May 13 to 16, the four-night run is already looking like a sell-out.
"This sparkling adaptation features a spectacle of regency dance, revelry and romance that will welcome audiences into Austen's witty, captivating world," said Brian Molloy, the production's director.
The group will produce Michael Bloom's adaptation of the famous novel for audiences in south county Dublin.
It starts at 8pm each night, and tickets range from €12 to €16.
