THE trial of a Dublin man arrested during a Special Branch investigation into dissident republican activity in the city continued at the Special Criminal Court.
Sean Farrell (26), of Kilfenora Road, Crumlin, has pleaded not guilty to membership of an unlawful organisation within the State styling itself the Irish Republican Army, otherwise Oglaigh na hEireann, otherwise the IRA on July 7 last year.
The prosecution case is that Farrell was arrested in the Coombe area after gardai found three guns and ammunition at an address on Bride Street.
The trial is expected to last until the end of next week.
