A JURY will continue its deliberations in the trial of an internet and call shop owner charged with murdering a customer who didn't pay for a 70c phone call.
Zhen Dong Zhao (36), a Chinese man with an address at Jervis Street in Dublin, has pleaded not guilty to murdering the 40-year-old man on May 20, 2011.
However, he admitted kicking him a number of times outside his shop, e-Times, on Dublin's Wellington Quay.
Noel Fegan was originally from Finglas, but had been living in Aughrim Street in the city. The father-of-two had gone into the shop to phone his 11-year-old daughter from whom he had received a 'call me' text.
The eight men and four women of the jury began deliberating at the Central Criminal Court on Monday, following a 10-day trial.
