Child Rescue Ireland (CRI) alert issued for toddler and mother

Gardai have said they have serious concerns about the welfare of a missing three-year-old girl.

Grace Penar Turner and her mother Anna Penar Turner (40) are missing from their home in Rathfarnham in Dublin.

They were last seen in Tara, Co Meath, this morning at 9.45am.

The pair are believed to be travelling in the family car 10 D 7010, a grey/blue Skoda Fabia.

Gardaí in Rathfarnham are investigating and have issued a Child Rescue Ireland (CRI) alert.

"It is believed that the child is in the company of her mother Anna Penar Turner described as 5’ 9’’ with short bob dark hair and of slim athletic build," said Garda spokesman.

"An Garda Siochana have serious concerns as to the welfare of the child."
