A chilling mystery with a giant clue
As the nation basked in some unseasonal sunshine this week, ice cream giant HB took to the beach with a stunt to stir our nostalgia for a treat from the 1980s.
A massive 30-metre footprint appeared on Sandymount Strand in Dublin, heralding the return of the classic frosty treat, the Freaky Foot.
"Some say the '80s were tasteless but we disagree," said HB marketing manager Nigel Thomson.
"The Freaky Foot was one of the best-loved ice creams of the decade, a fact that's proven by the thousands of devotees who have campaigned to bring it back."
The Freaky Foot comes with a new look and a chocolate big toe.
