Spring has sprung and, with just under eight weeks to go to the 2015 Vhi Women's Mini Marathon, Vhi is offering participants the chance to win the ultimate training session with the Vhi Support Team of David Gillick, Vhi Nutrition Support, and Louise Heraghty, Vhi Fitness Support!

The first part of this unique prize will involve a training session with Vhi Training Support personal trainer and radio personality Louise Heraghty.

Louise will visit you and your training group (your friends who are also preparing for the Vhi Women's Mini Marathon) to check on your progress, put you through your paces at a fun training session and devise a plan which will help you reach your race day goals on June 1.

Then it will be over to Vhi Nutrition Support's former European Champion and MasterChef winner David Gillick, who will drop into your home to show you how to cook a delicious meal.

David will also answer any questions you have around eating healthily as you prepare for the 10km event, before leaving you and your team mates to enjoy the meal he has prepared.

To be in with a chance to win, all you have to do is email vhi@psgsponsorship.ie with your name, the names of your training team, your Vhi Women's Mini Marathon reference number and contact details.

Don't forget to enter the race to participate in this great competition - enter at www.vhiwomensminimarathon.ie or postal applications are available in the Herald every Wednesday and Saturday.
