Your Vhi Women's Mini Marathon training group could be set to win a great prize. The Herald i SPY photographer is now checking out all training groups preparing for the Vhi Women's Mini Marathon including the walking, park run and meet-and-train groups.

Each week the Herald i SPY photographer will be taking shots of one or two training groups.

Once your group is spotted the Herald i SPY photographer will take images of your group in action and one photograph will be published in the Herald every week until May 22.

The photographer will take a picture of four members of the group, each will get a T-shirt and one of the group will get a gift of a free physiotherapy session from a chartered physiotherapist in their area, thanks to the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).

The chosen women will contact the ISCP directly and arrangements will be made for them to avail of their one-to-one session.

To enter, send an email into the Herald at ispy@herald.ie, and let us know the following about your group:

1 Where you train.

2 The day you train.

3 The time you train.

4 How many people are in your group.

5 Contact details for one person.

Put your training group forward for the Herald i SPY. Email ispy@herald.ie.
