Side plank drops

Side Plank Drops

a) Lying on your side, keep elbow and forearm flat on the floor. Keep legs straight, with one on top of the other.

b) Keep other arm on hip and raise body up towards the ceiling. Drop the hip down to about one inch above the ground and drive it back up again. Repeat for 20 reps.
