Posterior Deltoid Lift

Body Part: Rear Deltoid

 

How: Lie on your stomach face down, arms hanging down to the floor. Keeping the elbows bent and knuckles to the front, rotate the arms out to the side and away from your body, squeezing with the backs of the shoulders, and back down to starting position. Breathe out on the way up, and in on the way down.
