Saturday morning lie-on or gym session: The latter never happens on a Saturday morning. If I'm not working over the weekend I prefer to get the papers and cook a big breakfast with the girls I live with followed by a walk in Richmond Park.
My favourite item of clothing is: A red BCBG maxi dress I picked up in the Selfridges sale.
My Saturday night fever: I am more of a Saturday day girl than a Saturday night one. I love to go to the races, show jumping or a big sporting occasion and meet up with friends, have a glass of wine and enjoy the action before heading for supper near home.
My favourite hangover cure: A long lie-in to sleep it off.
On Sunday I rest by: Nine Sundays out of ten I'm working, so I'm not sure if Sunday rest applies to me.
I'm currently reading: Clare Balding's autobiography, My Animals and Other Family. Her father and brother were big supporters of mine when I was training for the Cancer Research Charity Race at the Cheltenham Festival in 2011, and I spent three months training at their racing yard in the build-up to my race, so it's interesting reading about her childhood memories from the same place where she grew up.
My last supper: Fillet steak, medium rare, with pepper sauce and home-made chips washed down with a glass of red wine followed by melted Camembert with fresh bread.
