SHE's known for her healthy diet and fit lifestyle, but model Rozanna Purcell has shown that even models need a day off as she revealed her plans to pig out this weekend.

The food blogger, who's famous for her super-healthy recipes, will be taking a break from her normal strict diet to indulge in some Easter treats.

stash

The Tipperary native (24), who is dating The Voice of Ireland coach Bressie, took to Instagram to share a picture of an impressive stash of chocolate that she plans on eating by herself .

"Packing for the weekend. I've been stashing my favourites away for quite a while. The perfect Easter collection & I don't plan on sharing. I'm going mad #fatfam," she wrote.

Despite making her name as one of Ireland's top models, the former Miss Universe Ireland is well established in foodie circles and is currently writing her first cookbook, as well as having recently started giving cookery lessons.

While she still loves modelling, Roz admits she feels more at home in the kitchen.

"I love doing demonstrations," she said.

"I was on Ireland AM yesterday morning and they were asking me if I was nervous but, to be honest, I'd be more nervous doing fashion jobs.

"I wouldn't really get nervous at all when I'm cooking on TV - it's so much fun."

Roz also recently went into partnership with popular food joint Mooch in Dawson Street, which now serves some of her most popular recipes.

"Mooch is going brilliantly and the feedback for my recipes is great," she said.

"We actually just started a really nice gluten-free, sugar-free French toast, so that's my new favourite.

"I'm always in there - I'm in the back kitchen making stuff up all the time."

The brunette has also added another string to her bow as a fashion designer, as her new suit range, Scribe by Roz, will hit the racks in House of Fraser in the coming weeks.

shopping

Next weekend, the range will be launched at a style event where customers can get measured for Roz's suits at the personal shopping suites in Dundrum Town Centre.

"It's a great event to kick it off, and I'll be popping in and out over the weekend," she said.

"House of Fraser thinks it's great because they're in Ireland and the UK as well. The enquiries are from people all over Ireland, not just Dublin. It would be nice to be able to cater for them as well."
