Parsley, orange & watercress smoothie + Mint lemonade

Parsley INGREDIENTS

200ml pure or filtered water

200ml freshly squeezed orange juice

120g chopped mango flesh

1 small banana, peeled and cut into chunks

Small handful of fresh parsley

Handful of watercress

Serves 2-3

METHOD

1. Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and purée until smooth. Pour into 2-3 glasses to serve.

Mint INGREDIENTS

Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime

Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon

400ml pure or filtered water

1-2 tbsp raw agave nectar, to taste

Handful fresh mint leaves

Serves 2

METHOD

1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, strain through a sieve and chill. Divide between two glasses and serve.
