chocolate and tai maria fridge cake

INGREDIENTS

l 500g good-quality dark chocolate, 70% cocoa solids, broken up

l 250ml double cream

l 250g 2% Greek yoghurt plus extra

l 75ml s black coffee

l 75ml Tia Maria

l 5 tbsp glucose syrup

l 200g shortbread biscuits, roughly crushed

l 100g glacé cherries

l Mint leaves
