Culottes, flattering pleated dresses and military-style jackets are the stalwarts of Peter O'Brien's new collection for Arnotts.
Irish women are known for their love of autumnal fashion and the Dubliner's designs offer some timeless classics for the cold months ahead.
The crisp new collection features Peter's signature colour palette including navy, burgundy, beige and black, but this is the first year he has introduced some yellow pieces.
This season marks his sixth capsule collection for the Dublin department store. Peter previously worked for Dior and Chloe, and the link up with Arnotts has been hailed as an affordable, accessible way for Irish women to buy high-end design.
Peter, creative director at Rochas in Paris for 12 years, knows how to make statement coats - particularly for the Irish climate.
As ever, stylish outerwear is key to winter dressing and there are 11 structured and oversized boyfriend-style coats with elegant fastening buttons and velvet collars.
"Women like me because they know I am on their side," Peter has always said.
This couldn't be truer then when it comes to the flattering shapes of his dresses.
There are four A-line, high-waisted structured wrap dresses and pencil skirts with the introduction of one double-pleated skirt.
There are 44 pieces in the collection and prices range from €95 to €495.
