Coleen Rooney: 'I'd just love next baby to be a girl'
Coleen Rooney has said she would "love a girl because it would complete the family".
The pregnant wife of Manchester United star Wayne Rooney also said her husband would not push their two sons into a career in football.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, she said they will "definitely not" find out the sex of their third child ahead of the birth.
"Hopefully the anticipation of the sex will make the labour go a bit quicker," she said.
"It's also exciting for the boys not to know whether they'll be having a little brother or sister. But I'd love a girl to complete the family."
The couple (both 29), went online last month to announce that the new arrival is expected in January. The childhood sweethearts, who married in 2008, already have two sons - Kai (5) and two-year-old Klay.
Coleen (above) said Kai is playing for a local football team and Klay "has loved kicking a ball around since the beginning", but said Wayne would never push them into football.
"He knows how hard it is and how much you sacrifice," she said. "He was playing football from a young age and never got out to play".
