Vogue reveals she can learn her lines after all...

Vogue Williams, the star of Ireland's eagerly awaited new reality TV series Fade Street, has reignited rumours the show is scripted after taking on a new acting gig.

The Herald can reveal that despite insisting she wouldn't be able to memorise lines for the new RTE series, the model and budding DJ has just signed up to star in a new theatre project.

The stunning blonde has bagged a new acting gig in a stage version of Jack The Ripper, which will kick off in Dundrum early next month.

The 24-year-old will take on a gritty character in the new play, by Mark Nagle, which will look at people touched by the serial killer's crimes, all based on original letters and documents of the time.

Speaking to the Herald, Vogue said: "It's going to be really good. It's a great story and nobody really knows what happened so you can play it at any angle."

The play will run for three nights from November 3-6 in the Mill Theatre.

Vogue's new acting gig casts serious doubts over her claims earlier this year that she would not be able to learn lines for her soon to be screened reality show.

Speaking to the Herald at the time, the Howth native denied rumours that the upcoming reality show is completely orchestrated for the cameras.

She said that once the reality cameras started rolling, the action would be off the cuff.

"No it's not scripted at all. Sure I wouldn't be able to do that and learn the lines. It just wouldn't work," she said.
