Kitchen Hero: Donal's Irish Feast

New series. As the cookery show returns for a new series, Donal Skehan heads to Lifford and visits Donegal Rapeseed Oil. He talks to boss Austin Duignan about the success of the company’s produce, including a range infused with various flavours such as garlic, chili, and lemon. Donal also heads for Kinnegar Brewery, which produces Pale ale, Amber ale, India pale ale, Rye ale and Porter.

The Walking Dead

Yes, we know this is old news to those who have Fox, but the latest series of the Walking Dead returns to terrestrial TV this evening and it's a good outing. Rick and the group are back — and trapped in a train car awaiting a grim fate at the hands of the Terminus inhabitants. Starring Andrew Lincoln.

In this film, Helen Castor reveals the reasons Joan of Arc was able to do what she did in a tale of military and religious events mixed with psychological courtroom drama.

 

Britain’s Got Talent

THE tension mounts during the second live semi-final hosted by Ant and Dec. The 2015 contenders are hoping they have what it takes to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winners, Collabro, by taking their place on stage at the Royal Variety Performance and winning a life-changing cash prize of £250,000. The results are at 9.30pm. Continues tomorrow.

In Brixham, Northamptonshire, rugby fan Ian wants to leave the property that he and wife Sarah bought together two years ago. With a toddler and a couple of dogs, their two-bed rural semi is bursting at the seams. However, Sarah believes the house has the potential and wants to stay — if they can sort out their dingy ground floor. Kirstie wants to open up the downstairs, but will Ian and Sarah like the idea?
