... as Louis hints we will be able to vote for her
Irish fans of The X Factor are still unsure as to whether they will be able to vote on Saturday night.
Judge Louis Walsh has given hope to supporters of Irish contestants by hinting that the voting issue may have been resolved.
However, TV3 is still denying that a solution for Irish viewers to vote has been established.
"I have been told it's going ahead and I'm really relieved," Louis said.
"I thought that we might end up with just an online vote but I've been told they're getting the go-ahead for opening lines in Ireland."
However TV3, who participated in Louis Walsh's campaign, has denied Louis' claim.
It is understood that a spokesperson for the TV channel is in contact with their British counterpart to resolve the issue.
"We'll be shouting from the rooftops if and when it happens but we're still working on it and no deal has been done," a TV3 source said.
Viewers here were included in the voting process in the first four series of The X Factor UK.
But this was discontinued in 2008 following the introduction of new regulations in the UK.
