The 33-year-old showed off her toned physique in black wet-look leggings, open toe heels and a peplum top as she left ITV studios yesterday.
The brave mum-of-one, who is married to Dubliner Hugh Hanley, told TV host Lorraine Kelly that she is back on top form following her double mastectomy at the end of last year.
"I'm great, it's been eight weeks since the surgery and I feel fantastic. It was absolutely the right decision," she said.
The star -- who will be going on tour soon with the recently reformed band Liberty X -- said she opted for the radical surgery for her one-year-old daughter Faith.
"My initial decision to have the operation was so that I can be there for her in the future," she added.
Michelle underwent a double mastectomy on November 20 after discovering she had the mutated BRCA2 gene, which meant she had up to an 80 per cent chance of getting breast cancer.
