Rosanna in race to finish her cookbook as deadline changes due to high demand
Former Miss World Rosanna Davison has had to move up the release date of her cookbook due to high demand.
Eat Yourself Beautiful was due to be released just before Christmas, but will now hit the shelves in September.
The 31-year-old says she's been rushed off her feet putting the final touches to the book.
"I'm so busy at the moment with everything. We're doing the final proofs of my book so it should be available to pre-order from July," she told the Diary.
"I'm really looking forward to the book tour. I can't wait to meet people and sign books - it's one of the fun sides of releasing a book.
"And of course I'll have lots of healthy treats with me as well."
Rosanna, who is a qualified nutritionist, recently launched her new healthy lifestyle website which has taken off in the past few weeks.
The site has updates from what events she attends to recipes and top fitness and nutrition tips.
"I've got 100,000 hits on it from people all over the world. It's amazing," she said.
"I've had people from Australia, Spain, Germany, the United Arab Emirates - the response has been amazing and the site only went live about a month ago."
The foodie admitted that her global appeal could be down to her beauty queen title, saying: "I think being a former Miss World probably did help a bit."
She has also been sharing her fitness and nutrition tips at Lisa Fitzpatrick's Fashion Fix, which is a day of beauty, fashion and lifestyle tips.
Meanwhile, she celebrated the first anniversary of her big wedding party in Ibiza and shared snaps of the beautiful ceremony with her followers.
"It was a magical day," she captioned a snap of her and her hubby Wes walking down the aisle (inset).
The pair had three ceremonies last summer, and Rosanna says they count the first one in Dublin as their official wedding anniversary.
"We tied the knot in an intimate humanist ceremony in Dublin's Merrion Hotel, surrounded by close family and friends," she said.
"Afterwards, we celebrated with a long lunch and a sing-song outside in the sunny garden.
"It was exactly what we wanted, and even though we had a larger celebration in Ibiza a fortnight later, May 16 is the date that we will always celebrate."
