MTV'S Laura Whitmore has made one very important New Year's resolution -- to stay friends with her ex-boyfriend.
The popular presenter (27) made the lengthy trek from Dublin to Kerry to see Danny O'Reilly performing with The Coronas.
Bubbly Laura was joined by her fellow presenter pal Eoghan McDermott as the pair travelled to the INEC in Killarney over the weekend to catch the chart-toppers in action.
A source said it was a "last-minute" trip for Laura who wanted to show support for lead singer Danny despite their break-up late last year.
"Laura and Danny are still on good terms, even though they have called time on their relationship.
"They all have the same group of Irish friends over in London and they don't want things to be awkward so they're trying their best to be mature about it," she said.
A lady with a busy schedule, Laura enjoyed a few well-earned days of rest at her family home in Bray as she caught up with relatives and friends.
She is now back in her adopted home of London and spent New Year's Day enjoying a pub lunch with musician Niall Breslin and best pal Eoghan, who works on the Voice Of Ireland.
The gang have been dubbed the Irish brat pack in London and count One Direction star Niall Horan and TV presenter Amanda Byram among their fun-loving members.
Tipped for big things in 2013, Laura recently signed up with Select model management and has also been writing a style diary for a British newspaper.
Laura recently showed her ex Danny exactly what he was missing after stripping down to her underwear for her first sexy shoot with the agency.
And she has spoken about much her style has changed over the years, thanks to her time on TV.
"Normally I show off either my legs or cleavage. Recently I've been more of a leg girl -- when I was younger it was all about my boobs because I thought they were my best quality," she said.
"But I get more favourable attention with my legs out, and from a better standard of men!"
Laura went down a storm with viewers while presenting I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here Now in Australia, where she spent six weeks making the ITV2 show.
Danny was due to fly Down Under to join her towards the end of her filming run. However, it became clear that all was not well between the couple after he failed to do so. She then changed her status to 'single' on her Facebook page, confirming that the pair had indeed split.
