The Irish love affair with all things Miley continued last night -- as she wowed her tweeny fans with a blistering performance at Dublin's O2.
Dozens of parents, who managed to snap up the gold-dust tickets, told the Herald the rush to get the tickets was worth it.
Energy
Orla Rafter from Stillorgan, who brought her son Brian (10) to the show, said: "The production was just brilliant. She puts on a great show and has loads of energy but it was a big change from Hannah Montana.
"My husband joined the Hannah Montana fan club to make sure we got the tickets. The price of the merchandise was also a bit steep. The programme was €15 and the T-shirts were €25 but we bought everything so I probably spent more than €250 on Miley but it was worth it."
Several Irish celebrities were spotted amongst the crowd for her first concert including couple Gerald Kean and Lisa Murphy, but Miley was the star of the show.
