Kodaline wow TV audience of Corden's US Late Late show
They're used to performing on RTE's Late Late Show, but Dublin band Kodaline wowed crowds Stateside as they performed on the show's american namesake this week.
The Swords bands took to the stage on Wednesday night to play to crowds at James Corden's new chat show The Late Late Show.
The band continued their quest for worldwide chart domination by performing their newest single The One on the popular CBS chat show.
The homegrown rockers, who are currently on a tour of the US, jetted in to LA especially for the show, which is presented by British funnyman Corden.
The host, who wrote and starred in hit show Gavin and Stacey, seemed to be delighted to have the band performing on his new show.
He tweeted earlier that day that he was listening to the song All I Want in preparation for their appearance.
Well-wishers, including Irish musician Gavin James, took to Twitter to cheer on the band ahead of the gig.
Replying to the message, the show's presenter James seemed eager to get Gavin on the show too.
He wrote: "Thanks Gavin! Can't wait to get you on the show."
Kodaline's new album Coming Up For Air was released in February and although are playing dates all over the US at the moment, the Dublin band will play two gigs at the Galway International Arts Festival in July.
While in the US, the band have made some very powerful friends including Johnny McDaid and his fiancee Courteney Cox. The Friends star will take the helm directing the bands next music video Love Will Set You Free at an LA apartment next month.
