James just can't get enough of his home-town fans
DUBLINER Gavin James surprised revellers in the Old Storehouse in Temple Bar with two impromptu performances at the weekend.
As the singer's star continues to rise - with help from Ed Sheeran, who handpicked him as one to watch - the 22-year-old was back in town playing the Olympia.
But his flying visit home gave him a chance to return to his roots - he cut his teeth gigging around Temple Bar when he first left school.
Some fans were lucky enough to get a more intimate performance in the Old Storehouse.
Gavin was joined on stage by Hudson Taylor and Craig Gallagher during his after party on Friday night.
But it seems the musician couldn't get enough of playing to Dublin audiences as he returned to the bar on Saturday night as well.
Next he will join Kodeline on their tour of North America, topping off a whirlwind few months for the singer which also saw him play at Star Wars director JJ Abrams' annual pre-Oscar bash.
