She regularly interviews some of the world's most famous faces, but Xpose presenter Lisa Cannon has admitted she still gets starstruck when she comes face-to-face with celebs.

The TV3 star (35) has been in Cannes since jetting over on Wednesday to cover the French city's world-famous film festival.

While getting to talk to celebrities is just another day at the office for Lisa, she can't help getting excited when she meets certain stars.

"I've interviewed so many celebrities for Xpose, but sometimes I still get starstruck, especially when I'm at an event like Cannes," she told the Diary.

"A few years ago when I was working at the festival, I interviewed Dustin Hoffman and Angelina Jolie and I have to admit I was really taken aback."

The presenter added that she feels "blessed" to meet some of her idols through her job, and revealed that one of her career highlights was getting to talk to Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger.

Lisa said she was left in shock when she met the legendary rocker backstage at a concert.

"I honestly couldn't believe at the time that I was chatting away to Mick Jagger - he's such a legend."

Blessed

"When you meet people like that it's a big moment and I always feel so blessed that I'm doing what I do and I get the chance to meet some of my heroes," she said.

With her jet-set work schedule, the Dublin native has no time to relax as she prepares to wed her Welsh beau Richard Keatley in September.

The glamorous bride-to-be recently admitted that she was feeling "over whelmed" as she juggled planning her lavish Italian wedding with work.

Speaking to Woman's Way, Lisa revealed she's "wrecked" from the stress of preparing for her upcoming nuptials.

"It's really quite stressful - I'm quite taken aback at the amount of work involved," she said.

"I had no idea it was going to be like this. On top of the ferocious hours we have on Xpose, it is proving quite a lot to deal with," she added.

"It's tough going; this is not as joyous an experience as I would like. I am wrecked," she added.

However, the 35-year-old couldn't be more excited about tying the knot with her rugby player partner.

"I'm very excited. I really cannot wait for the big day," she said.

"It's so lovely to be at this point now where everything has fallen into place and it just feels so exciting."
