We're in for a thriller against the All Blacks
I cover a lot of rugby news for TV3 and I am looking forward to the new season.
I think we could be in for a special autumn thriller against the All Blacks with new coach Joe Schmidt in charge.
But my sister is getting married the day before his first test against Samoa so I don't think I will make that game. I'm bridesmaid for my older sister, Niamh, who is marrying a Frenchman and the wedding is in Kerry so I can't exactly be skipping off.
There is a lot of excitement in our family because she is the first to get married. It's something we're all looking forward to in November.
But I will make the other Ireland games at the Aviva.
With Joe being from New Zealand, it would be amazing to see us beating the All Blacks. It will be at the end of the All Blacks' season and they will be tired so there will be so many motivating factors for Ireland.
Joe will need time to bed in and should be given time to develop his own ideas, but he has done great things with Leinster and I can't wait to see what he does for Ireland.
