MICHELE McGrath will be welcoming in all her pals in the modelling world to Buck's Townhouse this evening for a fundraiser she's hosting in aid of Dogs Trust.

She has enlisted the services of fellow animal lovers Lucy Kennedy and comedian PJ Gallagher to help host the night, with live music and drinks on offer for attendees.

Proceeds from the bash will go towards the Finglas-based charity with Michele calling on all her friends to show their support.

•Hollywood legend Martin Sheen (inset) will take centre stage at Vicar Street this Sunday.

He's taking time out from his busy schedule to present the Voices From The Front Line event -- a one-off production with 100pc of profits going towards the human rights group.

Sheen will be joined by a star-studded cast at the bash.

Other big-name celebs who have agreed to show their support include Andrea Corr, Robert Sheehan, Paul Brady, Hazel O'Connor, Kila and Liam O Maonlai.

Directed by Fishamble Theatre Company, the show will include a medley of performances from the participants as they help drum up funds for a good cause.

•Rocker Brush Shiels has been inspired by his recent brush with death for his latest release.

The legendary guitarist is having the launch party for his new album, A Brush With Life, at Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown, where he was treated.

Last October, he suffered a suspected heart attack -- but he's now on the mend and determined to get back to his music. The shindig takes place next Thursday and RTE's Joe Duffy, who painted the cover illustration for his album, is expected t attend.

•The party crew will be heading to Lillie's Bordello tonight for the 9th birthday bash for hotspots.ie.

On the guest list are Rosanna Davison, Madeline Mulqueen and Tiffany Stanley.

The night coincides with a fundraiser for the Walk In My Shoes charity.

Meanwhile, glamorous businesswoman Marissa Carter is hosting a party in members club Residence this evening to unveil tan range Cocoa Brown.
