So finally, Angelina and Brad tied the knot on paradise island...or did they?
HERE we go again -- have Brangelina tied the knot?
The superstar couple were rumoured to have exchanged vows on Christmas Day.
This is the third time in eight months that such speculation has arisen.
The couple -- who have six children together -- are reported to have secretly wed in the Caribbean's Turks and Caicos Islands.
The rumour mill has been in overdrive ever since Brad (49) and Angelina (37) announced their engagement in April last year.
This time round, it's been said that they wed in front of 22 guests -- including their children Maddox (11), Pax (9), Zahara (7), Shiloh (6) and four-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
The family had been spending the holiday at the private Parrot Cay estate of American fashion designer, Donna Karan, along with Brad's parents Jane and William Pitt, his brother Doug and sister Julie.
In November, Brad hinted at the holiday nuptials when he told reporters at the NYC premiere of Killing Me Softly that the couple would wed "soon".
"The time is nigh. It's soon. I got a good feeling about it," the actor revealed. "I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come."
In December it was reported the couple had bought their wedding rings.
But this wasn't the first time the rumours reached fever pitch. Last August, a small town in the south of France went into lockdown after it was reported Brad and Angelina planned to tie the knot at their home Chateau Miraval.
A party was thrown -- but it was in honour of Brad's parents celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
And it's been constantly rumoured that the pair will wed at George Clooney's Lake Como home in Italy.
The pair first met on the set of spy caper Mr & Mrs Smith in 2005, when Brad was still married to ex-wife Jennifer Aniston (43).
Aniston recently announced her engagement to fellow actor Justin Theroux (41). And just like Brangelina, this couple are constantly expected to wed "soon" -- if they haven't done so already of course.
