The model has revealed that her five-page spread in the UK magazine turned out perfectly, in her eyes at least.
And she says that it has proven she was right not to have any "any doubts about posing for a men's magazine".
"I'm very happy with the pictures -- they are glamorous, but they're just as I visualised them."
However, it appears that she will be drawing the line at scantily clad and returning to more modest modelling for the time being.
"I don't want to go down the glamour girl route," she said, adding that the shoot was "a totally professional shoot all the way through".
The long-awaited five-page spread pictures Rosanna around London both topless and in red lingerie.
"It's not a big step up from underwear and bikini shoots, which lots of girls do everyday," she said.
But while her modelling careers appears to be reaching new heights, Rosanna is already thinking of a job without photoshoots.
"As much as I love modelling it's not a career with longevity," she said.
"That's why I'm going into TV presenting. I love communicating an idea to an audience."
She has already presented a slot of GMTV this year, and is motoring ahead with presenting a car show for TV3, which she hopes will see her move "outside the box of health and beauty".
