The 28-year-old says she has no idea what to expect when her baby is born next year.
Pippa explained that her expectations change on a daily basis as she and hubbie Brian Ormond get their heads around the idea of welcoming their new baby in April.
"I suppose it will completely change my life. I'll just have to go with the flow and do the best that I can," she said.
"On different days I feel different things. One day I feel, 'This is going to be easy, I can do this,' then another, you wonder, 'What if I'm not capable?' Then on another, you're just full of excitement. The way I feel changes all the time. It's the fear of the unknown and the whole process of having a child."
She has just flown to Dubai with her other half as they enjoy a week in the United Arab Emirates in their last hurrah before Pippa becomes a mum.
It's her second time over there and they plan to do a bit of sight-seeing and relax for a few days after a hectic couple of months for them.
After their fun-filled holiday, they'll come back to Dublin shortly before New Year's Eve and celebrate the countdown with a group of pals.
TV presenter Brian will be presenting late on the Millennium Draw on December 31, so will be making a dash back from RTE into the city centre to make it into the bar in time.
And Pippa told TV Now how getting pregnant was one of the highlights of the year for her.
"We're very excited. Brian was absolutely delighted. He just wanted to tell everyone straight away but we tried to keep it to ourselves for as along as possible," she continued. "Three months is a long time when you know something and no one else knows."
