Journalist and TV presenter Peaches was already pregnant with her second child when she married musician Thomas Cohen in September.
The 23-year-old had once been told that she may never have a child, but six months ago gave birth to a son named Astala.
It has now been revealed that she is three-and-a half months pregnant and it's another boy.
She said: "I did have a momentary panic and go, 'Oh my God, we're going to have a one-year-old and a one-month-old! How will we cope?'"
After suffering from polycystic ovaries and undergoing serious surgery, Peaches was once told that her chances of becoming a mother were slim.
However, happily-married Peaches is now looking forward to adding another addition to her new family.
The couple have already picked the name Phaedra, from Greek mythology, for their unborn son.
While she has now gotten over the initial shock, Peaches says hubby Tom has been a major support in calming her back-to-back pregnancy nerves.
"Tom was so supportive and relaxed, it banished my doubts and I started imagining the two boys growing up together as the best of friends," she said.
"There are massive benefits to having two children so close together," said Peaches, who is just one year older than her sister Pixie (22) and the pair enjoy a close relationship.
She also has two other sisters -- Fifi (29) and 16-year-old Tiger.
The star revealed how she only took a pregnancy test when she had begun to develop a baby bump and craved sour sweets as she had during her first pregnancy.
