The ex-Miss Universe Ireland (22) got a significant profile boost after her winning appearance on Celebrity Come Dine With Me was televised on Channel 4.
The Diary can reveal how she was inundated with compliments from British admirers eager to find out more about the Irish beauty.
"There were a few comments alright, no marriage proposals but a few tweets from guys who had seen the show. I didn't take them up on any of the offers though -- if I went on a date with some guy from Twitter, I would be judged quite a lot!" she explained.
"It was mad, I didn't even know the show was going to be on Channel 4 but everyone was so nice, especially up North. I had a few radio stations on to me so that was great.
"It was filmed a year ago now so I kind of forgot about it but it was nice that it brought back so many memories. The charity I did it for, the Make A Wish Foundation, also made me their ambassador this week so that tied in nicely with it."
In one of her first high-profile TV appearances, Rozanna appeared on the infamous 'Winegate' edition of the show.
It ended with crooner Brian Kennedy tossing a glass of wine over showbiz journalist Paul Martin after the pair crossed swords -- but Rozanna managed to keep her cool.
She has since gone on to appear on Celebrity Bainisteoir and help co-host TV3's Ultimate Debutante.
And she revealed how she would definitely consider branching out into the UK in the New Year.
The busy model is currently taking classes in the Gaiety School of Acting and has made no secret of her hopes of eventually breaking into TV.
"I definitely would go over to the UK and Andrea (Roche) has been great, she always keeps my options open for anything that might be suitable for me.
"When I do go over, I'll have a good showreel with me so hopefully I'm looking at going over in the New Year. Everyone has been very good to me in Ireland and I'll always have close links here but I'd definitely like to try new things."
The Diary can reveal how the pageant winner is also due to make her music video debut shortly. She'll play the part of the sexy vamp in a video for Irish band This Club and their new single Up.
"They're this really cool band and my role was to be a bit of a bad ass chick and it was a lot of fun to do," she added.
The busy model is also inundated with work in the run-up to Christmas.
"I'm doing all the work that I can do and then I'm going to Lanzarote with my family for two weeks at Christmas. So I'm selling my soul at the moment because I know I have that to look forward to," she added.
