The singer, who is in today's final of the ballroom show, said: "It's been crazy trying to do both things at the same time but we've made it work. Pasha has become a member of Girls Aloud, whether he likes it or not. He's got the moves down; he's had to watch it a few times."
The singer said she is so covered in bruises from her training for the hit ballroom show that she is worried what people might think if they see her in a bikini on the beach.
She said: "Me and Denise [van Outen] had our clothes fitting earlier on and our bodies are so bruised we are, like, 'OK, this should be interesting if we go on holiday'."
Meanwhile, Denise's Strictly partner James Jordan reckons their 'bulldog' spirit is putting the public off after they ended up in the bottom two last week.
The pair have impressed the judges with their polished performances, but a lack of viewer support dragged her into the dance-off two weeks running.
Last week she scored 38 and 39 for her two dances, putting her in second place on the leaderboard, but she still ended up dancing for her place in the final against Lisa Riley.
Jordan said: "No one likes us. We looked in the mirror the other day and we went, 'Everyone else looks so sweet and we look like bulldogs'."
But van Outen said she is happy being in that position because it is "less pressure" on the pair.
