my perfect weekend

On a Friday night: I love to relax after a long week. I usually have a long, hot soak in the bath with some nice Jo Malone products. Friday night is my time to recoup for the weekend activities ahead.

My favourite stiff drink: It would have to be a Rasmopoliton (a Cosmopolitan cocktail with raspberry-flavoured vodka and sweet black-raspberry liqueur).

Saturday morning lie-in or gym session: Generally, if my Friday night is calm, I will get up and do a training session with my trainer. He is fantastic and motivates me more than I could ever do so myself. Working out on a Saturday morning makes me feel less guilty about the antics ahead on a Saturday night.

Favourite item of clothing: It's definitely a toss-up between my skinny jeans or a crisp white shirt. Both can be dressed up or down and are a blank canvas to accessorise with.

My Saturday night fever: I love to get dressed up to meet friends, have a gossip and a boogie. I am lucky enough to live in Dublin city centre so it's usually drinks at mine to start and see where the mood takes us from there. The Grafton Lounge is one of my top spots at the moment.

My favourite hangover cure: My favourite has to be a traditional Irish breakfast, preferably served to me in bed if possible! A can of ice-cold coke has to be included, not a bottle, only a can and a nice pot of hot tea to finish it all off.

On Sunday I rest by: Doing whatever I feel like doing. It can be flicking through glossy mags, shopping, chill-axing or going to my parents for dinner.

I am currently reading: My glossy mags, they are usually at my bed side. I love reading up on the latest news in the fashion world and staying up to date about the style stakes.

My last supper: It would have to be a good old fillet steak served medium rare, accompanied by a nice salad and baked spud.
