Meet the gorgeous Roses looking for love (just like single Aoibhinn)

It seems Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain is not the only former Rose of Tralee looking for love.

Meet the former Rose contestants joining forces in their search for romance.

These are two of the three lovely ladies teaming up to take part in the final episode of Jennifer Maguire's new RTE dating show One Night Stand.

UCD graduate Isabelle Green, who represented Galway in the annual beauty pageant this year, and current Leitrim Rose Martha Gilheaney are bravely putting themselves out there in their search for the perfect man. They will be in the final episode of One Night Stand.

Martha revealed that all that old world chivalry involved in the Rose pageant had changed her expectations when it comes to romance.

Meanwhile Martha (26), from Leitrim, is looking for some traditional romance. "I was spoilt by the way we were treated by the escorts at the Rose of Tralee -- they were real gentlemen so I'm looking for a guy like that.

"I'm not really nervous about doing the show because I get on great with the other girls so I think it will be a bit of fun.

"I moved up to Belfast to start university after the Rose of Tralee so I didn't get the chance to see if holding the Leitrim Rose title would benefit my love life. "My family and friends think it will be great craic and I'm really looking forward to the dates," she said.

Isabelle (22), who has just graduated with a degree in business and law from UCD, was inspired to take part in the new reality dating show after three years of being single.

She's looking for a confident funny man, but insisted she's not looking for anything too serious as she is hoping to move to New York in January.

"It's just a bit of fun. I'm not looking for a husband or anything.

"I'm open to meeting someone but I'm not desperate. I don't take myself too seriously and I'm only young once. I'm the baby of the family and they all think it's hilarious. All my friends know me as a joker anyway so nobody was surprised that I agreed to do the show. I'm not sure what I'm going to wear yet," she said, but insisted it won't be rosy red.

Each episode of the series will see three good friends speed-date 50 other people before narrowing them down.

Former Rose of Tralee Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain split from RTE star Ryan Tubridy earlier this month.
