Leigh isn't letting the grass grow under her feet

RTE actress Leigh Arnold certainly isn't letting the grass grow under her feet after the shocking move to axe The Clinic.
The Diary has learned that the southside socialite is lending her services to Special Olympics Ireland as she hosts the Look Who's In The Kitchen event at Wrights Anglers Rest tomorrow evening.
Leigh, who said the cast and crew of the RTE medical series were "flabbergasted" after the series was ditched in favour of a comedy programme, is clearly a lady of many talents.
As well as meeting and greeting hungry attendees, she'll also be whipping up a storm in the kitchen alongside head chef Eleanor Walsh at the bash which is all in aid of charity.
She has collaborated with Eleanor to come up with a few of her favourite dishes and she'll be donning her apron herself as she helps feed the hordes.
She has revealed to the Diary how some of the dishes on her menu include her famous risotto, using a recipe handed down to her by her mum Mo, with some cute gingerbread men for dessert.
Tickets for the event cost a mere €50 and includes a three-course meal, with the organisers also promising live entertainment and, naturally, a late bar for attendees.
