Instead, she intends on staying at home -- and turning to teaching.
Emma, who also won the Miss World Europe title in 2010, told the Diary she does not want a full-time modelling career as she gets older.
"I love modelling but there is no longevity in it. I won Miss Ireland when I was in second year at college so I have to think beyond that and I am so passionate about fashion and teaching.
"I'm not always going to be young," added Emma, who came fourth in the Miss World contest in 2010.
"I did have an opportunity to go to America two years ago, but I decided against it. It is such a tough business over there and I am happy to just keep it as a hobby for now.
"I love it as a hobby and have made some amazing friendships, but I do dislike the professional side of it," she said.
"I prefer doing it on the sidelines, unless of course something like Victoria's Secret comes up," Emma said, laughing.
The Celbridge native is up to her eyes in teaching practice as she studies for her higher diploma in primary school teaching.
And Emma, who is studying at St Patrick's Teaching College in Drumcondra, admitted: "I'm happiest when I'm in the classroom."
She is currently working in a Dublin school doing teaching practice. To help her cope with the stress, Emma is working hard on a fitness and healthy eating regime.
"I'm trying to get fit again -- I relaxed over Christmas like everyone, but now I'm back working hard," Emma said.
"I'm concentrating on exercising and eating healthy."
Emma is also busy developing her own fashion blog www.emmawaldron.com, with the help of her parents.
And she is currently in talks with London store Selfridges and label Liberty London about developing this further.
On the love front, Emma told the Diary that she is "very much in love" with her boyfriend of three years Manners Oshafi.
"Things are going great and we are as happy as ever," said Emma.
Emma, who has enjoyed some sizzling photo shoots in recent years and was often snapped in her bikini, says that her boyfriend is very secure in their relationship.
"He knows how I feel and I make him feel loved," Emma told the Diary.
